Hapag-Lloyd suspended the China-Germany Express (CGX) service and redeployed ships on the transatlantic service instead. On the other hand, COSCO and OOCL launched a Southeast Asia-India-US East Coast service in December 2022 after closing a China-Vietnam-US East Coast loop.
