West coast US trade update

At the Port of Long Beach, inbounds loads (279,148) were down 34.7% from a year earlier but tracked 13.0% higher than March 2019. Outbound loads in March (133,512) were up 16.9% over a year earlier but only represented a slender 1.6% gain over March 2019.
