U.S.: West coast trade report

Despite the national hue and cry about the fleet of container ships awaiting a berth at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, the two ports actually handled 122,999 fewer inbound loaded TEUs in December than they had a year earlier, a 14.2% fall-off.
