The Port of Long Beach records busiest month ever in June

The Port of Long Beach had its fourth busiest month ever in June, with total container moves (loads and empties) amounting to 842,446 TEUs. Inbound loads (419,698) were up 53.0% from a comparatively sluggish June 2023 and were 26.6% higher than in June 2019. Meanwhile, the Port of Los Angeles recorded 428,753 inbound loads in June, down 1.5% from a year earlier but up 8.2% from June 2019.
