Port of Houston Strategic Plan

The Port Houston 2040 Plan (2040 Plan) is a blueprint for Port Houston’s growth and development over the next 20 years. The Plan was prepared in 2020, a year when the future could not have been more uncertain. Despite these historic events, the 2040 Plan looks out over the next 20 years.
