This report argues that Asia–Pacific maritime systems must undergo a “Blue Transformation” to stay competitive, resilient and sustainable. It highlights three urgent priorities: improving maritime connectivity, building climate-resilient port and transport infrastructure, and accelerating green, low-carbon shipping.
